MAC.1006 Computational Thinking

Introduces students to the principles of computation using real-world, data-centric applications. Students will learn the fundamental techniques of computational solutions, including decomposition, abstraction, pattern recognition, and algorithm design. Students will gain proficiency in the rudiments of spreadsheets, the data-analysis program R, and the Python programming language.
