MVL.2001 Career and Professional Development
This course will focus on three main areas: (i) academic planning, (ii) career exploration, (iii) financial literacy. Course content ranges from students clarifying the purpose, meaning, and direction of their college careers, explore career possibilities, getting introduced with CCD personnel, time management, and skills to manage personal finance to reduce personal risk. By the end of the semester students are expected to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge that will enable them to achieve in the College, at work, and across the life span.
