EDAD.5598 Educational Leadership Portfolio: School District Leadership
The Educational Leadership Exit Portfolio is intended to provide an authentic means to assess School District Leader Certificate Candidates' fulfillment of the NELP leadership competencies. Portfolios are part of a performance-based process that enables a Leadership Candidate to self-assess and reflect on their knowledge, skills, and dispositions as a future leader. By design, the Exit Portfolio seeks to provide: 1) a framework for self-assessment and evaluation; 2) a record and display of professional growth and achievement; and 3) a foundation for career-long, self-directed professional development.
