DGMP.3040 Podcasting
This course will cover content development for audio podcasting and covers various aspects of podcast creation. Students will study and analyze existing successful podcasts to understand effective techniques within specific genres. This analysis aims to provide insights into best practices within the podcasting medium. The course also includes practical, hands-on workshops where students will gain technical skills related to podcasting and audio recording, including writing, pitching, producing, branding, acting as talent, post-production, and publishing options. Students will leave the class with various episodes from two podcast series.
