CAM.2095 South Korean Media

This course will examine the global impact of Korean popular culture. It will focus on the Korean Wave [Hallyu] phenomenon since its beginnings in the late 1990's to the present. The class will examine South Korean television dramas, reality television programs, films, and K-Pop or Korean Popular Music.
