Repeating a Course
Graduate courses in which a grade of C+ or higher has been earned may not be retaken for credit towards a degree or advanced certificate program. Graduate courses in which a grade of C or below has been earned may be repeated only with permission of the Advising or the relevant program director. Repeated courses for which credit has already been earned will not result in the student earning credit a second time. Very few courses may be repeated for credit on multiple occasions (for instance courses where the topic or material is different with each course attempt0; students should consult their advisor with questions about such courses.
For repeated coursework, both grades earned will count towards the cumulative GPA.
