Overview
The MBA program welcomes students from all undergraduate majors and academic backgrounds who are seeking to develop the business knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic perspective needed to succeed in today’s evolving global marketplace. Designed for individuals with diverse educational experiences, the program builds upon students’ unique strengths while providing a strong foundation in key areas of business, including management, finance, marketing, data analytics, and innovation.
Whether students come from the sciences, arts, humanities, technology, education, healthcare, or other disciplines, the MBA curriculum empowers them to connect their prior expertise with business principles, preparing them to lead, collaborate, and create meaningful impact across industries.

Our graduate courses run on 7-week modules rather than 15-week semesters, allowing us to offer multiple entry points throughout the year. We typically recommend that students take 3-6 credits per module. The capstone may run on a typical semester schedule.

Finance Concentration
The MBA Finance concentration prepare students to develop the analytical and strategic skills needed to manage financial resources and support organizational success. Students learn to evaluate complex businesses and make informed decisions in global markets.
Human Resource Management Concentration
An HR Management concentration is ideal for individuals who want to acquire or update their core competencies and general business education while equipping themselves with the specialized tools to thrive as HR professionals or manage an organization’s most important asset-its people. It’s especially useful for someone who wants to move beyond traditional HR administration into more strategic leadership roles.

Marketing Management Concentration
Graduate students in Manhattanville’s MBA in Marketing Management will be trained in areas that benefit many intermediate and advanced career paths in marketing, analytics, communications, and related fields. Get prepared to lead a team, take on more business development responsibilities, and direct the marketing strategy of organizations of any size.
Organizational Leadership Concentration
The MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership prepares students to become effective leaders and drive organizational success in a variety of industries, including corporate and business management, technology, healthcare, non-profit and social impact organizations, government, retail, hospitality, service industries, and higher education. Through a flexible concentration curriculum, students can customize their learning experience by selecting electives that align with their professional goals and areas of interest. Select any four of the electives from any of the concentrations.
Sport Business Management Concentration
The Sport Business Management concentration provides students with a foundation of sport business management principles and strategic practices, preparing the graduate for a variety of management roles.
