EDAD.5596 Educational Leadership Portfolio 1
The Educational Leadership Exit Portfolio is intended to provide an authentic means to assess Leadership Candidates' fulfillment of the ELCC leadership competencies. Portfolios are part of a performance-based process that enables a Leadership Candidate to self-assess and reflect on their knowledge, skills, and dispositions as a future leader. By design, the Exit Portfolio seeks to provide: 1) a framework for self-assessment and evaluation; 2) a record and display of professional growth and achievement; and 3) a foundation for career-long, self-directed professional development.
