BIO.5052 Infectious Diseases
This course is about the introduction to infectious diseases. The pathogenesis, nature of infectious diseases, and their symptoms and treatment will be discussed. Students will learn the laboratory diagnosis method and classification of microorganisms. Some examples of the infectious disease include skin disease, respiratory disease, childhood disease, sexually transmitted disease, hospital acquired infection, and travel associated disease.
