DTH.1015 Introduction to Theatre and Performance
This course will provide students with a foundation in contemporary theatrical performances, and a foundation in the vocabulary of performance, theatre, and theatre production. The course will survey performance, administration, and technical theatre and will explore methods of creating theatrical performances. Students will gain critical thinking skills as they relate to live performance and understanding the aesthetics, production, and creation of theatre.
