DTH.2203 Survey of Dramatic Literature II: Modern Drama

Through reading, viewing, and discussion of exemplary plays, this course will survey the literary, historical, political, and cultural significance of theatre and drama from the realism of Ibsen to the contemporary stage, including: Brecht, Williams, Miller, Beckett, and beyond.
