DTH.3203 Survey of Dramatic Literature II: Modern Drama

Through reading, viewing and discussion of exemplary plays, this course will survey the literary, historical, political , and cultural significance of theater and drama from the realism of Ibsen to the contemporary stage, including: Brecht, Williams, Miller, Beckett and beyond.
