EDAD.5009 Data, Research, and Technology for School Leaders
This course will prepare students to use data as a tool for instructional and program improvement. Students will learn about the philosophical underpinnings of data driven instruction as well as the practical applications of data collection, data analysis, and data-informed decision-making. Additionally, students will learn how to use information technologies effectively and efficiently to support student learning, professional growth, and organizational productivity. Through coursework and assignments, students will also learn how to apply varied research methodologies to inform and address school goals as well as become informed consumers of educational and organizational research.
