EDPD.5032 Exploring the Path to K-12 School Leadership in New York
This exploratory course is designed for educators interested in pursuing administrative certification in New York State. Participants will gain an overview of the roles and responsibilities of K-12 administrators, examine state requirements for certification, and explore the skills and dispositions needed to lead effectively. Through readings, case studies, discussions, and reflective activities, participants will assess their own readiness for leadership and identify next steps in their professional journey.
