Cybersecurity Minor
The minor in Cybersecurity equips students with a foundation knowledge to be an adept professional in the dynamic field of cybersecurity. The program will prepare graduates for careers in the protection of digital assets, data, and information systems. The program will also teach students why people make certain cognitive decisions when interacting with computers and technology. Students that complete the minor will address the growing demand for cybersecurity professionals in today’s interconnected world.

The minor consists of six courses.
Required Courses
Courses not taken as part of the Core may be taken as Electives.

MAC 2025 and
MAC 2040 may be taken as Electives if they are not being used for Core.
