International Applicants

Manhattanville University is extremely proud of its long-standing history of having international students as active members of our community. The following is required for international first year applicants. Along with your completed application (Common App or Manhattanville online application), and a non-refundable $75 application fee, you will need:

• Official transcript of grades (all documents written in languages other than English must be accompanied by certified English translations)
• One (1) academic letter of recommendation
• Personal essay
• 3rd party credential evaluation completed by Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI) as a comprehensive report or World Education Services (WES) as an ICAP evaluation
• Proof of English proficiency by providing one of the following:
  • TOEFL score: 80
  • IELTS score: 6.5
  • Duolingo English test score: 105
  • IB: Predictable score of 5 on English High Level
  • SAT: 550 in the Critical Reading Section
  • ACT: 25 in English
  • AP: 4 on English Language or English Literature
