MGT.3823R Agile Frameworks and Methodologies

In this course, students are introduced to the Agile methodology of project management. Agile emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Students examine the core values and principles of the Agile Manifesto and contrast it with traditional project management methods. Students also gain a comprehensive understanding of Scrum, the most widely used Agile framework, which has pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
