EDU 5646 Maintaining Client Records in Applied Behavior Analysis
This course will cover direct methods for maintaining ABA client records as well as all relevant laws, regulations and agencies associated with lawfully and ethically maintaining client information and records. The course will cover NYS and federal laws/rules/regulations and make clear which supersede others. It will also cover agencies involved in service provision throughout the lifespan (e.g., birth through adult) and how the rules and regulations associated with these agencies affect record keeping.
