This Masters program prepares teachers to work effective with students with disabilities from Birth to Grade 2. This program leads to New York State teacher certification in Special Education Birth - Grade 2.

- Evidence of Prior Teacher Certification
- EDU 5393 Foundations of Special Education or equivalent
- EDU 5344 or other child development course
