Accelerated Pathway Programs in the School of Arts and Sciences

The School of Arts and Sciences offers several options for full-time undergraduates who wish to combine a bachelor's degree with one of our master's programs.

These programs allow students to complete the requirements for an undergraduate and graduate degree at Manhattanville at an accelerated pace. Undergraduate students in accelerated pathway programs will be able to complete up to 12 graduate-level credits as free electives for the bachelor's degree and also apply these credits to their graduate degree. Undergraduate students may not exceed 12 graduate-level credits. To qualify for the accelerated pathway program, undergraduate students must have an overall GPA of at least 3.3 and have taken coursework that provides a strong foundation in their chosen subject area. Students must have at least 75 earned credits to begin graduate coursework.

Below are a list of the School of Arts and Sciences master's programs that undergraduate students may pursue via the accelerated pathway program. Click on the programs below for more details on the master's program, the graduate courses students can expect to complete during the undergraduate degree, and the ideal undergraduate majors that pair with each master's degree. Students interested in this program should speak with their advisor about declaring an accelerated pathway "specialization," which will be added to the undergraduate program and denotes the master's degree the student intends to pursue.
