Accelerated Pathway Program in Computer Science

The accelerated pathway program in Computer Science is open to qualified students in the following undergraduate programs:

  • BA, Computer Science
  • BS, Computer Science

Students who declare this accelerated pathway program will, upon completion of their bachelor's degree, be eligible to continue in the Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science. During their final semester of undergraduate study, students must formally apply for matriculation into the MS in Computer Science. 

The MS in Computer Science is a 30-credit program. Students in this accelerated pathway will be allowed to complete up to 12 graduate-level credits which may be applied toward the requirements of the master's degree. Therefore, once fully matriculated into the MS in Computer Science, students will be required to complete a minimum of 18 additional credits in order to fulfill master's degree requirements.
